Job Description:

We are offering an exciting opportunity as a Senior Accountant for a Distribution company, based in Sacramento, California. We are seeking a Senior Accountant who will play a pivotal role in maintaining our financial records, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. This role involves processing complex transactions, maintaining the general ledger, and resolving queries related to account reconciliation.

Job Responsibility:

Effectively handle Account Reconciliation
Conduct Balance Sheet Reconciliation
Perform Bank Reconciliations
Maintain the General Ledger
Prepare and post Journal Entries
Utilize Microsoft Excel for data analysis and financial reporting
Oversee the Month End Close process
Work with NetSuite, Oracle, and SAP software for various accounting operations

Requirements:

Experience in public accounting
Proficiency in Account Reconciliation
Proficiency in Balance Sheet Reconciliation
Experience in Bank Reconciliations
Proficiency in General Ledger management
Experience in creating and maintaining Journal Entries
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Experience in executing Month End Close procedures
Prior experience in Public Accounting preferred
CPA license preferred

Nice to have:

Prior experience in Public Accounting
CPA license
