Job Description:

The Senior Accountant serves as a key contributor within the organization, engaging in a broad range of responsibilities. Core duties will involve ensuring the precision and timely delivery of financial reporting and analysis for both internal and external stakeholders, while strictly adhering to the organization’s accounting policies. This position also plays a leadership role in various processes, including financial reporting, cash flow management, budgeting, and audit support.

Job Responsibility:

Lead efforts around financial reporting, budgeting, and cash flow management, ensuring reports comply with GAAP and IFRS guidelines
Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements along with related reports
Perform account reconciliations and ensure compliance with regulatory reporting obligations
Leverage the Epicor ERP system and financial tools for effective data management and reporting
Work with cross-disciplinary teams to address manufacturing accounting requirements and refine financial processes
Deliver clear financial insights to stakeholders while maintaining professional and organizational standards

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in accounting is required
CPA certification is strongly preferred
A minimum of five years of experience in general accounting and financial reporting, preferably in a manufacturing setting
Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with ERP systems are necessary
