Job Description:

The Senior Accountant furthers the company's goals through the preparation and consolidation of financial statements, the analysis and reconciliations of accounts, and the analysis of cash flow, as well as the creation of budgets and forecasts, preparation of audits, and management of internal control maintenance and regulatory reporting. You will need first-rate analytical skills to successfully fill this role. A full-time role, this position includes excellent compensation and benefits.

Job Responsibility:

Compile and analyze financial information for preparation of monthly journal entries
Reconcile General Ledger accounts (primarily Balance Sheet) for assigned corporate assets (specifically cash and fixed assets), liabilities, and expenses
Assist with month end close process by researching and analyzing accounts and ensuring accuracy of corporate financial reporting
Allocate and prepare monthly consolidated P& L and Balance Sheet flux analysis reports for management
Administer Ad-hoc projects as necessary
Prepare financial analysis on trends, performance metrics, benchmarks

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree with Accounting or Finance Concentration
5++ years of experience in Accounting
Knowledge of US GAAP accounting principles and procedures
Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel
Ability to plan and organize work, both collaboratively and independently
Strong interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
