Job Description:

Job Responsibility:

Record daily and monthly transactional activities
Assist with month-end and year-end close processes
Prepare reconciliations for bank statements and balance sheet accounts
Maintain up-to-date fixed asset schedules
Utilize lease accounting software
Help ensure compliance with ASC 606 – Revenue Recognition
Prepare and file sales and use tax returns
Conduct thorough research and analyze data
Develop and continuously enhance reporting tools
Respond promptly to information requests
Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders
Maintain and enhance systems and processes
Take initiative in performing special projects

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required
3–5 years of relevant, hands-on experience
Comprehensive knowledge of US GAAP and related disclosure requirements
Advanced understanding of accounting systems
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Proactively manages workload
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
