Job Description:

Robert Half is looking for a meticulous and detail-oriented Senior Accountant. As a senior accountant, you will be responsible for financial statement preparation and consolidation, account analysis and reconciliations, cash flow analysis, budgets and forecasting, audit preparation, and internal control maintenance and regulatory reporting. This position offers you great long-term potential and a strong compensation and benefits package. We are looking for someone who has excellent analytical skills and enjoys working in a challenging and fast–paced environment to support the firm's continued success.

Job Responsibility:

financial statement preparation and consolidation
account analysis and reconciliations
cash flow analysis
budgets and forecasting
audit preparation
internal control maintenance and regulatory reporting
execute monthly accounting close procedures
prepare monthly consolidated P&L and Balance Sheet flux analysis
work with business partners to check compliance with corporate accounting policies
provide analysis on financial results
assist in coordinating quarterly reviews and SOX testing
prepare Balance Sheet account reconciliations
improve automation of the accounting and reporting process
participate in various department-wide initiatives
ad-hoc projects

Requirements:

5+ years of experience
quality communication
analytical skills
advanced Microsoft Office skills
bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
Certified Public Accountant / CPA credentials are a HUGE plus
