Job Description:

Join our team to drive key finance projects, support decision-making, and enhance efficiency. This role focuses on transformation initiatives, system rollouts, and process optimization.

Job Responsibility:

Overhaul LHH CTM/LD Finance manual reporting, processes, and models
Leverage Microsoft Power Platform to reduce manual workloads
Develop system solutions for manual reporting
Assist in the design and roll-out of streamlined, automated financial processes
Build data-driven solutions using SQL Server, MicroStrategy, and Power BI
Maintain process automation documentation
Act as a training and development champion
Lead change management efforts

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years’ proven working experience in data analytics, BI, or data engineering field
Bachelor's or master’s degree in data science, Computer Science, or Business Analytics
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Power BI (incl. DAX & RLS), Power Automate, Power Apps
Advanced financial modeling
Familiarity with JD Edwards, SF PSA, or similar ERP/PSA systems
Experience with SQL, MicroStrategy, and Power BI
Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma, RPA, BPM methodologies
Advanced Excel skills
Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) is a plus
JD Edwards / E1 knowledge is a plus
