We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Senior Analyst to join our newly established Global Procurement Analytics team, as part of the Global Procurement Centre of Excellence (CoE). This position offers an exciting opportunity to shape the procurement strategy of a global organization, while working with senior stakeholders in a dynamic, data-driven environment.

Job Responsibility:

Clean and organize large datasets for analysis and visualization using statistical methods
verify and ensure accuracy, integrity, and consistency of data
Identifying trends and patterns in data and using this information to drive business decisions
Create the requirement artefacts e.g., Functional specification document, use cases, requirement traceability matrix, business test cases and process mapping documents, user stories for analytics projects
Build highly impactful and intuitive dashboards that bring the underlying data to life through insights
Generate ad-hoc analysis for leadership to deliver relevant, action-oriented, and innovative recommendations
Improve data quality by using and improving tools to automatically detect issues
Develop analytical solutions or dashboards using user-centric design techniques in alignment with ACT’s protocol
Study industry/organization benchmarks and design/develop analytical solutions to monitor or improve business performance across procurement and finance
Work with high-performing Functional Consultants, Data Engineers, and cross-functional teams to lead / support the complete lifecycle of visual analytical applications, from development of mock-ups and storyboards to complete production ready application
Provide regular updates to stakeholders to simplify and clarify complex concepts, and communicate the output of work to business
Provide training and guidance to procurement teams and end-users on how to use PowerBI dashboards and analytics tools effectively
Create compelling documentation or artefacts that connects business to the solutions
Coordinate internally to share key learning with other teams and lead to accelerated business performance
Work closely with senior leaders across procurement, finance, and other business units, providing strategic insights and recommendations based on data analysis
Assist in driving procurement decisions through data-driven insights and forecasts
Communicate complex data in a concise and actionable manner to senior management, helping to guide key procurement strategies
Ensure the integrity, consistency, and quality of procurement data across systems and reports
Support data governance practices and assist with documentation related to procurement data standards and reporting processes
Proactively identify data quality issues, troubleshoot, and resolve problems related to reporting

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Management, Finance, Supply Chain Management or related technical fields (Master’s Degree/Certification in Finance or related field preferred)
5+ years of relevant experience in a quantitative/applied analytics role, preferably with a strong background in Global Procurement processes or related
Experience in developing and automating reports and dashboards (specially in PowerBI) to provide real-time data to key stakeholders
Excellent communication skills in English (both spoken and written), with the ability to explain complex information to non-technical stakeholders
Advanced proficiency in Excel (including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis)
Advanced business intelligence & reporting skills, preferably PowerBI or similar (Tableau, Qlik, Spotfire, Alteryx, etc.)
Experience with data governance and ensuring data integrity
Cloud computing services, preferably in Azure or related (AWS/GCP) for analytics
Working understanding of Statistical modelling using Analytical tools is preferred (Python, PySpark, R, etc.)
Good to have: Hands-on experience supporting the IGNITE tool
Affinity for Data Analytics, Data Science, AI and Automation
