Job Description:

The Senior Analyst will partner with Global Procurement stakeholders within GNFR (Goods not for resale) and GFR (Goods for Resale) and support Head of Global procurement, Directors of Global Procurement by collecting, entering, processing, and analyzing data to ensure appropriate analysis, monitoring and execution of Supplier Accounts in association with Procurement targets connected to business targets.

Job Responsibility:

Clean and organize datasets for analysis and visualization using statistical methods
Verify and ensure accuracy, integrity, and consistency of data
Identifying trends and patterns in data and using this information to drive business decisions
Build highly impactful and intuitive dashboards that bring the underlying data to life through insights
Generate ad-hoc analysis for leadership to deliver relevant, action-oriented, and innovative recommendations

Requirements:

Professional degree in business administration, procurement, logistics, or similar relevant fields
5+ years of relevant working experience in a quantitative/applied analytics role
Understanding of Negotiation tools like eAuction, Clean Sheet Costing, TCO model, Kraljic matrix etc.
Analytical
Detail oriented and organized team player
Flexible, dynamic and proactive individual
Excellent communication and influencing skill with ability to communicate to stakeholders from different continents
Functional Analytics (Procurement Retail Analytics, Supply Chain Analytics, Marketing Analytics, etc.)
Business intelligence & reporting (Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, etc.)
Excellent presentation and MS Office skills
Experience in ERP and procurement tools (Coupa/Ariba/SAP/Ignite/Sievo) preferred
