Job Description:

The Hispanic Strategy team is seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Senior Analyst to support our Front Store Merchandising organization. This position will play a critical role in shaping the customer experience across our Hispanic format stores. This position is instrumental in delivering the best products and promotions to our customers by leveraging strong analytical skills to evaluate sales trends, identify opportunities and optimize merchandising strategies, and help building financial plans.

Job Responsibility:

  • Budgeting / Forecasting – Responsible for calculating / planning a yearly Sales and Margin targets for specific Categories under Hispanic Format Banners at CVS Health
  • Revisiting these targets throughout the year to track how specific teams are performing in relation to these obligations
  • Develop new initiative P&L - financial modeling to set incremental sales and margin targets, CAPEX and OPEX ask during the enterprise budgeting process
  • Be a strong developer of relationships- build strong, credible and trusted cross-functional relationships
  • Be able to influence with, and without authority
  • Be highly organized and prioritize- work on work that has the most value reprioritizing as the strategies adjust
  • Be self-directed- require little supervision as successful candidates drive themselves and the portfolio of work they lead

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of full-time work experience in a retail and/or corporate environment
  • 3+ years’ experience using design methodologies, including user research, problem definition, prototype development and iteration, etc.
  • 3+ years’ experience building and delivering leadership-facing presentations and materials
  • 3+ years experience in Budget & Forecasting
  • 3+ years’ experience analyzing and synthesizing data
  • 3+ years’ experience successfully building reports and dashboards to communicate data trends and forecasts
  • 3+ years’ experience using Excel, SQL, tableau, and/or Power Bi
  • 3+ years’ experience analyzing market trends
  • Working knowledge of problem solving and decision making skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills as demonstrated by successful collaboration to achieve shared goals
  • Strong time management skills, evidenced by experience being accountable to multiple deliverables on staggered deadlines
  • Strong personal integrity and judgment, evidenced by a track record of managing highly-sensitive or highly-visible business matters
  • Strong communication skills in both formal and informal writing and speech
  • Strong ability to build fast, credible relationships with leaders, peers and clients
  • Strong analytical skills with an ability to process data, identify problems, and make effective decisions
  • Advanced awareness of problem solving and decision making skills

Nice to have:
