Job Description:

The role involves supporting property management and accounting software, MRI. While the position is fully remote, we have a preference for candidates from New England.

Job Responsibility:

Utilize strong Excel and SQL skills to optimize processes
Analyze and resolve customer inquiries promptly and effectively
Ensure the accurate and efficient processing of customer credit applications
Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary
Maintain comprehensive and accurate customer credit records
Leverage knowledge of Excel VBA to enhance the functionality of systems
Support and manage the MRI Software for optimal performance

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Application Support Analyst or in a similar role
Proficient in MRI Software
Advanced skills in SQL and SQL - Structured Query Language
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Practical experience with Excel VBA
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to stay updated with the latest technological developments
