Job Description:

This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading independent law firm known for its empowering and collaborative culture. The firm is committed to supporting its people, giving them the responsibility and backing to make a real impact from the start. This role sits within the Real Estate and Infrastructure division, where you’ll provide expert legal advice to commercial clients, including SIPP and SSAS providers. You’ll handle the purchase, sale, development, and leasing of commercial properties, taking responsibility for drafting, negotiating, and finalizing contracts. Additionally, you’ll play a key role in supporting junior team members, helping them grow their technical knowledge and skills. Business development and maintaining long-term client relationships are also key aspects of the role.

Job Responsibility:

provide expert legal advice to commercial clients, including SIPP and SSAS providers
handle the purchase, sale, development, and leasing of commercial properties
draft, negotiate, and finalize contracts
support junior team members
business development
maintaining long-term client relationships

Requirements:

at least 7 years of PQE with strong experience in commercial real estate
excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
ability to explain complex legal matters clearly and concisely
experience in supervising the work of others
comfortable working independently and as part of a team
confidence
professionalism
strong commitment to providing an excellent client experience
