Job Description:

The role involves strategic planning and coordination of employee benefits.

Job Responsibility:

Develop and execute the open enrollment process for employees
Collaborate with insurance carriers to ensure the appropriate products are available for employees
Devise strategies for efficient benefits enrollment, including the establishment of employee enrollment process, communication and follow up
Oversee the HRIS integrity and responsible for the benefits system coordination
Assist in the benefits design process, liaising with brokers and other stakeholders as necessary
Conduct benefits analysis and coordination as part of the role
Ensure maintenance of accurate benefits records

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years' experience in the role of Benefits Administrator or similar capacity
Deep understanding of various benefit functions
Experience in comprehensive benefits process creation and development
Strong Excel skills including VLookUps and Pivot Table functions
Proficiency in coordinating benefits and speaking with carriers
Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus but not required
