Job Description:

This is your chance to join a dynamic team in a temporary part-time role, working fully remotely, allowing you a healthy work-life balance!

Job Responsibility:

Organise budgets for Retail, Marketing, and Buying, tracking all incoming and outgoing transactions
Maintain accurate financial records, including receipts, bank statements, and credit forms
Reconcile cash transactions and align with bank statements
Conduct weekly reconciliations and prepare and submit VAT returns
Generate weekly retail sales reports for management

Requirements:

Minimum 7 years of bookkeeping experience
Strong experience using Xero and QuickBooks (essential)
Prior experience in retail, marketing, or buying bookkeeping is highly desirable
Bookkeeping certifications (AAT, ICB, or ACCA) are desirable
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
