We're seeking a dynamic team player for Nike's Brand Marketing operations team to elevate Brand efficiency and innovation across Consumer x Field of Play (CFoP). Temporary role for 40 hours per week, based in Hilversum.
Job Responsibility:
Guide seasonal process adherence, governance, and innovation for Marketing Code process
drive financial excellence and accountability for Consumer x Field of Play budget
apply project management and functional process improvement
track campaign progress, flag challenges and risks
collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure work is delivered within scope, on time and within budget
liaise with Global and Country+City counterparts for seasonal and project information sharing
ensure seasonal marketing initiatives are represented in planning and resourced appropriately
support automation and digitization efforts.
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of relevant marketing experience
familiarity with Code and/or Marketing Code
budget management acumen
understanding of tools such as Airtable, Excel, Keynote, Miro, SAP and Coupa
strong communication skills and athlete mindset
collaborative energy
patience, curiosity and comfortable with ambiguity
solution-oriented and self-starter approach.
