This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Building Surveyor to make an impact in both advisory and project-driven roles, offering a perfect balance of professional services and project management.

Job Responsibility:

Acting as contract administrator or lead consultant/project manager on a wide range of projects
Providing core services such as defect diagnosis, planned maintenance, and reinstatement cost assessments
Managing complex projects and delivering client-focused solutions

Requirements:

MRICS qualification with significant post-qualification experience
strong understanding of JCT contracts
proven track record in managing complex projects and providing tailored solutions to clients
drive to grow both personally and professionally within a supportive team
