Job Responsibility:

Overseeing all technical aspects of new projects
Inspecting domestic and commercial properties severely damaged by a range of insurance perils, including fire, flood, storm, vehicle impact, explosion, escape of water, subsidence and accidental damage
Build technical skill related teams to support projects
Preparation of technical diagnostic reports and detailed specification of any temporary or permanent repairs
You will have the opportunity to engage in the strategic process of expanding our service range and client base, contributing to the firm's growth
You will be using MS Word, Outlook and Excel as well as the companies own CRM system

Requirements:

Experienced and qualified professional in Building Surveying with good technical knowledge with a good understanding of the role of Contract Administrator
Ability to demonstrate a thorough knowledge of cover in relation to fire, flood, storm and vehicle impact damage claims would be advantageous

Nice to have:

Technical knowledge - apply your qualification and in-depth knowledge and understanding of building regulations
Analytical skills - assess complex data and make informed decisions based on thorough analysis
Problem Solving Abilities - Identify problems and develop practical solutions, managing projects inline with initial diagnostics
Negotiation skills - Negotiate contracts, manage budgets and resolve disputes effectively with both client and customer
Client Management - Maintain relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met, working with a people first organisation
