A leading national property consultancy is seeking a proactive Senior Building Surveyor to join their newly established Cambridge office, operating under dynamic new management. Job Responsibility:

Delivering professional services such as dilapidations and building surveys
Taking ownership of project duties, including contract administration
Collaborating with a highly experienced team while independently managing client projects
Building and maintaining strong client relationships

Requirements:

MRICS (preferred but not essential)
RICS-accredited degree (essential)
Proven background in property consultancy and a variety of surveying service lines
Strong technical expertise
Excellent client communication
Adaptable approach
Self-sufficient
