Job Description:

In this role, you will be instrumental in translating business requirements into technical specifications, driving standard business processes, and maintaining strong relationships across the IT Enterprise. You will play a pivotal role in business process analysis, requirement management, and problem-solving.

Job Responsibility:

Translate business requirements into non-technical language
Develop and maintain technical knowledge
Interact with Project Managers
Produce feasibility reports and design solutions
Maintain regular contact with clients
Manage changes in requirements
Document current and future state assessments
Develop use cases

Requirements:

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Research skills
Knowledge and experience in budget processes
Design skills
Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodology
Understanding and implementation of best practices and quality control measures
Degree or equivalent experience in Computer Sciences
Experience in business process functions and e-Commerce application
Proficiency in JIRA
Ability to prepare comprehensive Business Requirement Documents
Knowledge of Assertion Markup Language (AML)
Capacity to maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
Ability to translate complex business requirements into user stories and use cases
Experience in tracking project status and creating necessary diagrams
Experience in conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

Nice to have:

Experience in business process functions and e-Commerce application
Proficiency in JIRA
Knowledge of Assertion Markup Language (AML)
Experience in conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
