The Sr. Campaign Onboarding Specialist will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our digital sales efforts by providing comprehensive operational support to our sales and strategy teams. This position will work as part of the Digital Ad Operations Center of Excellence to implement, maintain, and enhance multi-product advertising campaigns. This position will also serve as a facilitator between Cox Media’s field sales and strategy team, Cox Media customers, and internal fulfillment teams.
Job Responsibility:
Act as the key point of contact for Cox Media’s clients, assisting with the resolution of errors, client inquiries and providing timely and accurate information for campaign onboarding success
Facilitate the accurate and timely processing of digital advertising campaigns and coordination and collection of campaign assets
Review digital campaign submissions for accuracy and compliance with Cox Media methods and procedures
Maintain organized and up-to-date records of client communications, contracts, and other relevant documentation
Staying informed of industry trends and best practices, focusing on how changes can help improve offerings to accounts and sharing knowledge to team members
Build strong relationships with assigned teams and sales consultants through strong communication and a willingness to partner
Requirements:
High School diploma/GED with 5 years of experience in a related field such as Marketing, Sales, Sales Operations
Proven experience in Digital Ad Operations or a similar role
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to reason, troubleshoot and problem solve
Knowledge of cable advertising trends and industry dynamics is a plus
Nice to have:
BA/BS degree in related discipline Marketing, Business Administration
2 or more years of experience preferred in Digital Marketing
2 or more years of experience as a media buyer or planner, performing advertising agency work, working in a marketing or public relations role, or some combination of these
