Job Description:

The Senior Channel Account Manager - Distribution will be responsible for building and scaling relationships with distribution partners, driving revenue growth, and expanding market presence across key geographies. This is a strategic leadership role involving program development, relationship management, and operational execution to deliver scalable, revenue-generating partnerships.

Job Responsibility:

Build strong relationships with Distributors
Oversee Distributor sales performance and provide guidance where needed
Manage and report Distributor sales pipeline, forecasts, business activities
Plan and execute joint channel recruitment as required, enablement, and marketing activities
Cross-functional planning (internal and external) to develop and execute tailored onboarding, training, and enablement programs for Distributors
Conduct regular/cadence calls and business reviews to align on objectives and goals.

Requirements:

5–7 years in partnerships, sales, or business development, with 2+ years managing AMS distribution teams
Proven success in driving comprehensive AMS distribution strategies to achieve revenue targets and market growth
Experience in SaaS (cloud-native, technical infrastructure preferred) with a focus on recurring revenue business models
Demonstrated ability to scale operations in high-growth environments
Strong background in operational rigor, including process improvement, sales enablement, and strategy execution
Previous experience as a Distribution Channel Manager in a Cybersecurity company preferred.
