Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Client Adviser to join our Corporate Division team. As a Client Adviser, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Client Adviser Team Leader and/or Divisional Manager in achieving the division’s objectives and promoting our services to clients and the insurance market.

Job Responsibility:

Serve as Account Adviser for designated accounts while providing support to team members as needed
Drive business growth through existing client relationships and new opportunities
Adhere to company procedures and service standards to ensure compliance
Collaborate with the Claims department on relevant cases
Accurately prepare client registers and policy documentation
Collect necessary information to secure Insurance Act-compliant terms
Fulfill FCA responsibilities and follow internal procedures diligently
Address and manage complaints in accordance with the Group Complaints Handling Procedure
Provide monthly updates to the Client Adviser Team Leader
Oversee workloads, delegate tasks effectively, and meet reporting deadlines
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, insurers, and colleagues
Support the Division in meeting its business plan and budget objectives

Requirements:

At least 5 years of experience as a Client Adviser
Extensive experience in managing client relationships effectively
Demonstrates high integrity and expertise in navigating a regulated environment
Strong communication and team leadership abilities
Dedicated to continuous professional development (CPD) and achieving industry qualifications
