Job Description:

Lawes Consulting Group are seeking a Senior Commercial Account Handler to join a leading Leeds based insurance broker. As a senior member of the broking team, you will play an important role in managing and maintaining key accounts, building strong client relationships, and providing a consistently high level of technical support and advice. You will also act as a point of technical reference for less experienced colleagues.

Job Responsibility:

Working in conjunction with the incumbent Account Executives to ensure an excellent level of client service
Negotiate renewal terms, mid-term adjustments, and coverage extensions with both clients and insurers
Build and maintain strong relationships with insurers
Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and client-specific internal policies

Requirements:

Ideally have 5 years or more commercial broking experience
Possess a broad technical knowledge of commercial insurance products
Cert CII qualified or above would be beneficial
Familiarity with FCA Principles and Procedures

Nice to have:

Cert CII qualified or above
