A respected and exceptionally skilled Construction Consultancy Practice, known for its expertise and innovative approach, is actively seeking a driven and self-assured Senior Construction Project Manager to join their esteemed team in Winchester. This role is an outstanding opportunity for a professional who is passionate about making a significant impact in the Residential and Regeneration Sector.

Job Responsibility:

Lead and manage diverse projects in the Residential and Regeneration Sector
Collaborate effectively within the nationwide Project Management team
Contribute to the growth and development of the project portfolio
Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships
Provide leadership and direction to project teams

Requirements:

Ideally chartered status or progressing towards chartership within APM, RICS, or CIOB
Significant experience in a construction, design, and build project management role within a consultancy
Proven ability to lead projects and teams effectively
Flexibility, reliability, and a ‘can do’ attitude
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
