Job Description:

The Consulting Business Line at Sopra Steria is a team of over 160 consultants in Belgium with extensive expertise in Digital Transformation. Recognized as a preferred digital partner, we collaborate with leading Belgian organizations across the Public Sector, Financial Services, and Industry. Our consulting services span IT Advisory, Architecture, Organizational Transformation & Change, Operational Excellence, Sustainability & Ethics and Innovation as a Service.

Job Responsibility:

take ownership of complex assignments
manage client relationships
develop and apply managerial skills
support business development activities
project management
Agile/Scrum facilitation
business and functional analysis
architectural design

Requirements:

3 to 6 years of professional experience in consulting
proven experience contributing to or leading digital transformation initiatives for clients
demonstrated skills in one or more of the following domains: IT Advisory (Target Operating Models), Project Management, Business/Functional Analysis, Agile/Scrum methodologies, Architectural Design, ESG, or Product Management
a solid understanding of business processes in one or more of the following sectors is an asset: Public Sector (Federal or Flemish Government), Financial Services (Banking and/or Insurance), or Industry
recognized certifications such as Prince2, TOGAF/Archimate, Leading SAFe, or Lean Six Sigma are advantageous
strong ability to build and maintain trustworthy client relationships, familiarity with business development approaches, and a strong connection to the Consulting 'motherhouse'
fluent in Dutch or French, have a good understanding of the other language, and are also fluent in English

Nice to have:

recognized certifications such as Prince2, TOGAF/Archimate, Leading SAFe, or Lean Six Sigma
a solid understanding of business processes in one or more of the following sectors: Public Sector (Federal or Flemish Government), Financial Services (Banking and/or Insurance), or Industry
