Job Description:

We’re Hiring: Senior Copywriter! Are you a passionate and experienced Senior Copywriter with a proven track record of creating exceptional campaigns? Do you thrive in a dynamic, creative environment and have the ambition to work on award-winning projects? If so, we want you to join our team! Location: Dorobanti, Sector 1, Bucharest. Schedule: 09:00 - 18:00 (3 days in-office, 2 remote). Contract Type: Permanent (3-month probation period). Salary Range: Negotiable based on experience.

Job Responsibility:

Create compelling, high-quality copy for a variety of media channels (TV, print, digital, social)
Collaborate with our team of art directors and creative leads to deliver integrated campaigns
Develop campaigns that have the potential to win awards at prestigious international festivals
Work closely with clients to understand their needs and translate them into impactful copy
Mentor and guide junior copywriters, helping to nurture the next generation of creative talent

Requirements:

7-10 years of experience as a Senior Copywriter, preferably in an integrated communications agency
A strong portfolio with successful campaigns for large accounts in retail (supermarkets), services, or utilities
Proven experience in digital, social media, print, and broadcast copywriting
Ambition, creativity, and responsibility with a passion for storytelling
A drive to create award-winning work and the ability to work under tight deadlines
