Job Description:

An established law firm specializing in legal malpractice and professional liability seeks a senior attorney for its expanding team. This attorney will handle business litigation matters, manage case responsibilities from inception through trial, including discovery, motions, court appearances, pleadings, and client communication.

Job Responsibility:

Work on legal malpractice, professional liability, and business litigation matters
A-Z case management of cases from inception through trial
manage discovery, including depositions
handle law and motion
court appearances
draft pleadings
communicate with clients, carriers, and opposing counsel.

Requirements:

10+ years of litigation experience
exposure to legal malpractice and professional liability
trial experience
strong writing experience with non-templated, complex law and motion
licensed by the CA Bar
commutable to downtown Los Angeles.

What we offer:

Anything above 1850 billable hours is bonused out, paid 2x per year
10% generation for what is collected on any client brought in
medical is covered 100% for the employee and immediate family
