Our federal government client is seeking 2 experienced Cyber Security Analysts to join their cyber threat mitigation division. This role involves producing actionable intelligence to counter cyber threats and applying industry-standard frameworks within a dynamic team in Canberra. NV2 clearance is an advantage.
Job Responsibility:
Be responsible for producing timely, accurate, and actionable intelligence that enhances and focuses defensive efforts to counter the department's cyber threats
Apply industry-standards for intelligence collection and analysis, to work within a small and dynamic team to fuse and enrich information from various sources to keep track of cyber adversaries and how they operate
Requirements:
Previous experience in CTI or operational cyber security roles, including application of CTI frameworks and methodologies such as the MITRE attack framework and STRIDE threat modelling
Demonstrated ability to analyse large and complex datasets to extrapolate relationships and trends to support intelligence judgements
Competence with security technologies (e.g., SIEMs, ASM and Threat Intelligence Platforms)
