Job Description:

You will be joining a company that provides technical, commercial, and regulatory support across various energy sectors. Your role will involve developing and implementing data models, applying AI and machine learning algorithms, and uncovering meaningful insights from data.

Job Responsibility:

gather, clean, and preprocess large datasets from multiple sources
build and deploy predictive models using Python-based machine learning frameworks
develop machine learning algorithms for applications like production optimization and anomaly detection
collaborate with multiple stakeholders to align data-driven solutions with project goals and operational needs
work with data engineering teams to deploy models in cloud platforms or on-premises infrastructure

Requirements:

bachelor’s degree in data science, statistics, computer science, chemical engineering, mechanical engineering, petroleum engineering, or a similar field
proficiency in Python & SQL
experience with machine learning algorithms, both supervised & unsupervised, as well as neural networks
domain knowledge in oil & gas, or energy-related field

Nice to have:

knowledge of Gen AI & reinforcement learning
experience with heuristics optimization vs metaheuristics optimization
experience with any cloud computing platforms
familiarity with data visualization tools
