Job Description:

Our client, a well-established pharmaceutical organisation dedicated to enhancing the health of millions, is on the lookout for a Senior Delivery Manager to join their dynamic Customer Experience team.

Job Responsibility:

Manage, lead and develop a multiskilled Customer Experience Centre (CEC)
Ensure excellent standards of customer service
Lead the delivery and operations of core CEC services
Ensure appropriate governance, processes and procedures
Ensure robust training strategy
Representing Customer Experience Centre on cross-Agency groups
Being alert to campaigns or developments that may impact the team

Requirements:
