Job Description:

A well-established pioneering consultancy firm is looking for a DevOps Engineer to join their end client on a 6 months contract. Your focus will be on overseeing the development, deployment, and management of cloud infrastructure, primarily within AWS. You will drive automation using tools like Terraform, Jenkins, and Ansible, ensuring high availability, performance, and security. Additionally, you'll optimise development processes and integrate security best practices throughout the deployment lifecycle.

Automation & Configuration Management (Terraform, Jenkins, Ansible)
Containerisation & Orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
Continuous Integration & Deployment (CI/CD)
Security Best Practices (Security controls, vulnerability scanning)
Capacity & Performance Management (Optimising cloud resources)
Scripting & Programming (Python, Shell scripting)
Linux System Administration
Infrastructure as Code (IaC) (CloudFormation, Terraform)
Monitoring & Logging (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack)
Must have - Kubernetes, Terraform, Jenkins, and AWS
*Must have Active SC Clearance*
