Job Description:

The Senior Director, Global Consulting is a member of the Global Consulting team, primarily supporting enterprise-wide Digital initiatives. This Senior Director will play an important role as strategic advisor to Digital leadership on the formulation of key Digital strategies globally – e.g., product enhancement and adoption – and will manage execution of said strategies in collaboration with cross-functional Discipline and Continent teams.

Job Responsibility:

Advises senior leaders on strategy formulation efforts
Leads cross-functional working teams
Provides day-to-day project leadership
Creates high-impact deliverables for Senior Leadership consumption
Develops change management strategies
Measures, evaluates, and reports the key results of the implemented solutions and captured benefits

Requirements:

8+ years of strategy, consulting, or product management experience
Digital experience preferred
MBA or equivalent preferred
Proven track record consulting to business leaders and designing, developing, and implementing high impact solutions in large, complex organizations
Prior experience leading the planning and execution of strategic projects and initiatives
Demonstrated experience in working with and influencing cross-functional work teams in a matrix organization
Advance Facilitation Skills: Lead the design, development, and delivery of complex stakeholder experiences, using design thinking, creativity, and expert communication skills

MBA or equivalent
