The role involves working in a market-leading energy & infrastructure practice in London, focusing on transactions in the energy and infrastructure sectors, including project development, financing, and M&A work.

Job Responsibility:

Working with various investors, developers, energy companies, lenders and project owners on cross border matters including oil & gas, renewable energy, power, social & public infrastructure projects
project development, financing and M&A work

Requirements:

At least 5 years post qualification experience working in a team that focuses on transactions in the energy and infrastructure sectors
UK or Commonwealth qualified candidates (Australia, New Zealand or South Africa)
