Job Description:

At Baxter, you will play a critical role in delivering innovative product designs that save and sustain lives. Responsibilities include project management, design recommendations, engineering tool utilization, and mentoring direct reports.

Job Responsibility:

Perform standard engineering assignments
Select sound techniques to solve problems and make design recommendations
Assess results for application, validity, and conformance to specifications
Recommend material and process specifications
Utilize engineering tools such as FMEA, Finite Element Analysis, Process Modeling, Design of Experiments, Mold Flow, SPC, software development to solve problems
Lead small project teams
Monitor and report project costs
Estimate cost affected by design changes
Recommend capital expenditure and production methods
Study and recommend techniques to improve existing products or processes
Investigate new sources for raw materials
Formulate and recommend engineering policies
Coach and mentor direct reports
Create or update development plans for direct reports.

Requirements:

Bachelor of Engineering (Hons)
3 – 5 years of experience
Technical Management
Project Management
Leadership.
