Job Description:

Being an Engineer at Baxter means you play a critical role in helping us achieve our mission to save and sustain lives. From innovative product design through to production and patient delivery, our Engineers are key to delivering results for our customers and patients worldwide.

Job Responsibility:

Perform standard engineering assignments
Select sound techniques to solve problems
Assess results for application, validity, and conformance to specifications
Recommend material and process specifications
Utilize engineering tools to solve straightforward problems
Lead small project teams
Monitor and report project costs
Estimate cost affected by design and/or policy changes
Recommend capital expenditure and production methods
Study and recommend techniques to improve existing products/processes
Investigate new sources for raw materials or processes
Formulate and recommend engineering policies and technical work
Coach and mentor direct reports
Create/update development plans for direct reports

Requirements:

Bachelor of Engineering (Hons)
3 – 5 years of experience in Technical Management, Project Management, Leadership
