Job Description:

The Applications Development Technology Senior Lead Analyst is a senior level position responsible for establishing and implementing new or revised application systems and programs in coordination with the Technology Team. The overall objective of this role is to lead applications systems analysis and programming activities.

Job Responsibility:

Lead Development & integration of functions to meet goals
deploy new products
enhance processes
analyze complex business processes
system processes
industry standards to define and develop solutions to high level problems
provide expertise in area of advanced knowledge of applications programming
plan assignments involving large budgets
cross functional project
or multiple projects
develop application methodologies and standards for program analysis
design
coding
testing
debugging
implementation
utilize advanced knowledge of supported main system flows and comprehensive knowledge of multiple areas to achieve technology goals
consult with end users to identify system function specifications
incorporate into overall system design
allocate work
act as an advisor/coach to developers
analysts
new team members
influence and negotiate with senior leaders and communicate with external parties
appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made
drive compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations
adhere to policy
apply sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior
conduct and business practices
escalate, manage and report control issues with transparency

Requirements:

Minimum of 12 years of experience in Java development

in-depth knowledge in building enterprise web applications

in-depth knowledge of APIs, Kafka, Multithreading, Concurrency, JPA, Hibernate
excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
ability to work both independently and as part of a team
knowledge of hardware and operating systems (Unix-based systems)
knowledge of event-based architecture
understanding of relational databases (Oracle)
agile experience with application servers and web application servers
