Our client is an investment company. They are currently looking for a Senior Executive, Front Office to join their growing team. The responsibilities include reception duties, operational support tasks, welcoming clients, managing calendars, and performing additional tasks assigned by management.
Job Responsibility:
Handle reception duties, including answering calls, scheduling appointments, and managing emails and correspondence
provide operational support such as data entry, document management, and meeting space setup
greet and welcome clients with professionalism and maintain a tidy, organized reception area
manage calendars, assist with meeting room bookings, and oversee stationery and pantry supplies within budget
perform additional tasks assigned by management
Requirements:
2-3 years of experience in administrative and front office support
ability to work independently with minimal supervision
excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
ability to multi-task, prioritize, and maintain a professional demeanor
