Job Description:

Our client is in the financial services industry, looking for a Senior Executive, Rewards & Performance to join their team to design and execute performance management, rewards, talent development, and succession planning processes.

Job Responsibility:

Supports the design and execution of performance management, rewards, talent development, and succession planning
work with HR leaders and department heads to align goals, drive performance, and boost employee engagement

Requirements:

At least 5 years of experience in performance management, rewards, or talent development
strong understanding of performance cycles, PIPs, succession planning
