Job Description:

Senior Finance Analyst reporting to the Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Senior Manager, supporting all reporting, analysis and financial project work for the Circle K Ireland Fuel business. This is a maternity cover contract for a period of 12 months and based in Circle K Support Office. Circle K work on a hybrid model of 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.

Job Responsibility:

Responsibility for all local reporting to Circle K parent company, Alimentation Couche-Tard (ACT)
Business partner with department owners and senior stakeholders in relation to Retail and Commercial Fuel
Coordinate delivery of local management reporting and ACT reporting packs
Coordinate forecast and budget planning process and consolidation of the total business plan
Present annual budget sign-off meetings to the leadership team
Analyse and drive insights from fuel volumes & margin
Champion of new systems impacting the reporting of financial performance
Project work as and when required

Requirements:

Professional accounting qualification, such as ACA, ACCA or CIMA
3+ years' PQE experience in a similar financial planning performance, management, and analysis role
Experience with business partnering and engaging with diverse stakeholders at all levels
Experience in Retail, Service Industry or similar fast paced environment is advantageous
Strong IT skills with advanced Excel
Experience building reports in Power BI is a preference
Team oriented with the ability to work on your own initiative
Strong analytical skills and excellent attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written presentation skills
Good time management with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver on agreed deadlines
Strong commercial business acumen

Nice to have:

Experience in Retail, Service Industry or similar fast paced environment
Experience building reports in Power BI
