Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Finance Manager to join our FP&A team, supporting the Marketing organization. The role involves overseeing financial planning, analysis, and reporting to ensure financial stability and growth.

Job Responsibility:

Develop and implement financial strategies to optimize portfolio performance
conduct financial analysis and reporting to support decision-making processes
automation of data feed to create financials, metrics and dashboards
monitor and manage transaction processing and reconciliation
collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives
prepare and present financial reports to senior management
lead budgeting and forecasting activities for the marketing division
develop and present business cases to support strategic initiatives and investments

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
MBA or CPA preferred
strong quantitative skills including advanced knowledge of database environments (MS SQL Server) - REQUIRED
deep understanding of financial services operations and financial regulations
excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., Excel, SAP, Oracle)
strong communication and presentation skills
ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
experience in developing and presenting business cases
proven leadership and team management skills
