Job Description:

This role will be instrumental in financial forecasting, modeling, and strategic analysis, supporting leadership in making data-driven decisions to drive profitability and efficiency.

Job Responsibility:

Develop dynamic, scalable financial forecasting models that integrate financial statements, assumptions, and key metrics
Prepare, analyze, and summarize financials and key performance indicators (KPIs) for the leadership team
Provide analytical decision support with a focus on revenue/cost initiatives and return on investment (ROI) analysis
Assist financial advisor teams with custom modeling, reporting, forecasting, and ad hoc analysis to improve profitability
Identify opportunities to enhance efficiencies in finance, accounting, and reporting processes
Lead the evaluation and implementation of financial reporting and automation software
Support the CFO with various ad hoc financial analysis requests

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (MBA or CFA a plus)
5+ years of experience in financial analysis, forecasting, and financial modeling
Prior experience in wealth management, financial services, or investment advisory preferred
Strong understanding of financial reporting, KPIs, and strategic analysis
Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling (experience with automation tools a plus)
Experience with financial planning software and reporting tools (NetSuite, Adaptive Insights, Tableau, etc.)
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data
Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively convey insights to leadership

Nice to have:

MBA or CFA
Experience with automation tools
