Job Description:

The Senior Financial Analyst will support monthly and quarterly financial reporting for insurance programs, prepare schedules and tables for premium, commission, and claims reviews, compile executive reports, and drive process improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate has financial services or insurance experience and advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Access, SQL, and PowerPoint.

Job Responsibility:

Update and manage databases and reports
Prepare and manage schedules and tables for premium, commission, and claims reviews
Compile monthly files and executive reports
Identify and resolve data-related issues
Execute data preparation, analysis, and automation
Collaborate with IT and other teams
Utilize advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Access, SQL, and PowerPoint
Drive process improvement initiatives

Requirements:

Financial services or insurance experience
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Access, SQL, and PowerPoint
Data mining and analytical skills
Ability to drive process improvement initiatives
