Job Description:

The role encompasses financial analysis, reporting, and requires expertise in Excel and accounting principles. The candidate must be able to communicate effectively across functions and entities. Main duties include preparing financial reports, assisting in closing, developing analytical tools for decision-making, supporting budgeting process, and contributing to reviews and audits. Reporting to the Controller, this is a high-visibility, individual-contributor role with critical deliverables.

Requirements:

3-4 years' experience in comparable roles
bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting
knowledge of US GAAP
strong analytical and problem-solving skills
proficiency in financial reporting tools and data visualization tools like Power BI and Tableau
experience with an ERP system, specifically Epicor
experience in a manufacturing environment with inventory experience
ability to work independently in a deadline-oriented environment
proactive, future-focused positivity
BD, MBA preferred
3+ years of related experience in manufacturing industry
knowledge of GAAP
strong analytical skills
Epicor or any other ERP systems (SAP, etc.)
strong Excel
ability to collaborate/interact with other departments, CEO, COO, etc.
smart, ambitious, good attitude
