Job Description:

We're looking for a motivated Senior Financial Analyst on behalf of one of our longstanding clients in the West Metro. Duties include supporting monthly closing processes, reporting, annual/quarterly forecasting, preparing financial reports, analyzing variances, assisting in planning processes and maintaining planning models. Also expected is involvement in process improvement projects and providing financial support to international operations. Knowledge of Power BI is highly preferred. Job Responsibility:

Supporting monthly closing processes
Reporting
Annual/quarterly forecasting
Preparing financial reports
Analyzing variances
Assisting in planning processes and maintaining planning models
Involvement in process improvement projects
Providing financial support to international operations

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field is required
A minimum of 2 years of experience in financial analysis or related role
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills needed to evaluate financial data
Experience with financial modeling and forecasting is essential
Knowledge of manufacturing industry and its financial aspects
Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
Excellent communication skills to present financial data to non-financial personnel
Familiarity with ERP systems and other financial software
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) certification would be a plus
Must exhibit strong teamwork and collaboration skills
High level of attention to detail and accuracy is required

Nice to have:
