Job Description:

We’re on the hunt for a Senior Financial Analyst who thrives on data, embraces challenges, and has the skills to make an impact with a growing organization in the financial services industry (specifically banking). The role involves turning data into actionable insights, diving into analytics-heavy initiatives, collaborating with product and channel managers, and improving systems to drive impactful results. The team offers remote flexibility with scheduled in-person meetups, and candidates must be within a reasonable commute to HQ.

Job Responsibility:

Be the bridge for financial intelligence—help turn data into actionable insights
Dive into analytics-heavy initiatives—profitability, forecasting, budgeting, and month-end processes
Collaborate with product and channel managers to refine decision-making tools
Opportunities to improve systems (SQL and PowerBI) and drive impactful results
Not just 'doing' the work but enhancing and molding the organization’s path forward

Requirements:

At least 3 years of experience in the financial services industry as a Financial Analyst or similar role
Proficiency in executing Month End Close procedures
Experience with Accounts Provisioning
Demonstrable skills in Budgeting and Forecasting
Must be able to produce Ad Hoc Reporting as per business requirements
Knowledge of SQL is a significant advantage
Familiarity with Power BI, Microsoft Power BI, or Power Business Intelligence is highly desirable
Strong Data Analysis skills are crucial for this role

Nice to have:

Knowledge of SQL
Familiarity with Power BI, Microsoft Power BI, or Power Business Intelligence
