Job Description:

A dynamic and diverse Fire Engineering consultancy in London is seeking a highly driven and self-motivated Fire Engineer to join their expanding team. This is an exceptional opportunity to contribute to innovative projects in a supportive environment where your expertise and creativity will be highly valued.

Job Responsibility:

Develop comprehensive fire strategies for various building types
Produce fire statements in line with London Plan Policy and Gateway One requirements
Negotiate fire safety designs and proposals with approval authorities
Conduct peer reviews of fire engineering calculations, including smoke modelling and evacuation analysis
Stay updated and ensure compliance with UK fire safety legislation

Requirements:

3-4 years of experience in the Fire Engineering field
Broad project experience across various sectors
Membership with the Institute of Fire Engineers
A BEng or CEng in Fire Engineering or equivalent experience
Proven success in client-engaging environments
Familiarity with EWS-1 and PAS 9980 standards
