Job Description:

A high-end firm in Chicago is seeking a Senior Fund Analyst. Job Responsibility:

Assist with financial planning deliverables including budgeting and forecasting
Produce monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements for various entities and stakeholders
Maintain supporting schedules and workpapers to substantiate certain accounts and transactions
Reconcile accounts and record accruals as needed
Prepare audit and tax support as needed
Assist with investor relations and due diligence requests
Execute various special projects and other duties as needed

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, CPA a plus
3-5 years of experience in public accounting within audit practice focused on private investment funds/alternative asset clients
Advanced Excel skills and analytical reasoning skills
