Job Description:

We are currently seeking a Senior Golang Developer on behalf of our client, a leading financial technology company specializing in high-load, low-latency solutions for trading and payments. This is a unique opportunity to join a team of top-tier engineers working on cutting-edge microservices architecture, handling complex financial data and real-time transaction processing. As a Senior Golang Developer, you will develop, optimize, and support scalable, fault-tolerant systems while working in a Kubernetes-based environment deploying and scaling services efficiently.

Job Responsibility:

Develop, test, and maintain high-load microservices in Golang and Python
Design and optimize scalable, fault-tolerant distributed systems
Participate in architectural discussions and decision-making
Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers
Build integrations with other teams’ services
Ensure high-performance data processing using PostgreSQL, Kafka, and ClickHouse
Work in a Kubernetes-based environment, deploying and scaling services efficiently
Take ownership of projects from concept to production support

Requirements:

4+ years of experience in software development, with strong expertise in Golang
Solid knowledge of Python (commercial experience is a plus)
Strong experience with SQL databases (PostgreSQL preferred) and query optimization (EXPLAIN, ANALYZE)
Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and containerized deployments
Familiarity with Kafka and event-driven architectures
Experience working with REST APIs and microservices architecture
Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset
Excellent communication skills in English (B2+ level)

Nice to have:

Experience with Kafka Connect, ClickHouse, MongoDB
Familiarity with Temporal workflow orchestration
