This is an opportunity for an experienced professional to provide expert Health, Safety & Fire Risk services to a variety of clients, mainly with the residential sectors, including low to high rise properties and some commercial.
Job Responsibility:
Conduct Health, Safety & Fire Risk assessments, Compliance Audits, and provide training, policy and procedure support, and technical advice
Compiling and quality-checking detailed reports
Delivering high-quality training sessions
Producing clear, detailed reports to highlight key Health, Safety & Fire issues
Reviewing and maintaining up-to-date compliance with legislation and best practices
Providing expert guidance and technical support to clients
Requirements:
Strong experience in Health, Safety & Fire Risk assessments, audits, and compliance
Recognised qualifications in Health & Safety (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent)
Experience delivering Health & Safety training
Up-to-date knowledge of Health, Safety & Fire regulations
Excellent report-writing skills and attention to detail
