At Oakdene Care Home, we provide exceptional Residential, Dementia, and Respite care, ensuring our residents receive person-centred support. We seek a Senior Healthcare Assistant to lead our care team with confidence and compassion, offering supervision and resident-focused care, alongside medication management and team coordination. Job Responsibility:

supervise and support the care team
assist residents with personal care, mobility, and daily routines
oversee medication ordering, administration, and record-keeping
foster a positive team environment, providing guidance and motivation
communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals
ensure compliance with safety policies and respond to emergencies effectively

Requirements:

NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or working towards it)
experience in administering medication with proven competencies
ability to lead, motivate, and delegate effectively
a caring, kind, and person-centred mindset with a commitment to excellence
