Job Responsibility:
Streamline and manage communication processes within the team
Oversee and ensure adherence to various compliance norms
Handle and resolve employee relations issues effectively
Utilize ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now for various HR tasks
Manage and process benefit functions for employees
Employ ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode for efficient data transfer
Leverage Ceridian and Dayforce for HR management tasks
Handle tasks related to FMLA (Family and Medical Leave Act)
Requirements:
Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services
Experience with ADP Workforce Now
Knowledge of ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode
Familiarity with Ceridian and Dayforce systems
Ability to manage Benefit Functions
Excellent Communication skills
Strong understanding of Compliance laws and regulations
Proven experience in Employee Relations
Familiar with Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA) procedures and guidelines
